5. Online Ordering and Pickup

Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for errors in orders placed online.

Pickup: Online orders are prepared for in-store pickup. Orders should be picked up within a reasonable time to ensure freshness and quality.

Availability: Menu items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a substitute or process a refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

Freshly Made Items: Due to the perishable nature of our smoothies and juices, we cannot accept returns on freshly made items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.

Packaged Products: Unopened sea moss products and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at our discretion. If we made an error with your order, we will gladly remake it or issue a refund.
